Crankcase Bearing Alignment Tool

Precision ground shaft used for checking alignment of the crankshaft bearings when installed in the case . When used as a bearing installation tool , this tool ensures bearings go in straight and they are parallel to each other. If you have been pressing them in each half individually your bearings could possibly not be aligned to each other and can cause early bearing failure. Comes with protective end caps on the shaft .

Small Gas Bag - 250ml

8 ounce (250ml) Race Pro Small Fuel Cell for use with gasoline. They are marked 12.5 ounces, but we recommend no more than 8. This is not an IV bag. It was designed by Joe Petro and manufactured just for model use. They are twice as thick as IV bags. These feature a tapered outlet for easy air expulsion. When filling, the bag is not pressurized. Just filled and air expelled. Fuel Cells are preferred because they contain no air and can't get contaminated with water, even after prolonged submersion. Water Jacket Installation Tool - V2.

By using this tool , the water jacket is pressed down over the o-rings to properly seat the water jacket .This tool threads into the sparkplug hole / tighten the jam nut to push the jacket down . Next install the 3mm bolts and tighten accordingly . This will lessen the possibility of stripping the small bolt holes . We have been using this style of tool for years . Very handy . Comes with bolt / jam nut / 2 steel washers / 1 nylon washer and a protective sleeve for storage .

Super Collet Removal Tool

Use this solid collet plug to remove your super collet without damage. Simply remove the existing insert, and loosen the screw 2-3 turns. Put this removal plug in place, and tighten the collet with two wrenches as you normally would. The collet pops off every time! No damage to the collet or insert. No holding the flywheel! This tool is used for accurately measuring squish clearance. Compatible with all Zenoah /Quickdraw/ CY / RCMK RC engines. Also compatible with other engines that use a "vertical" 10mm spark plug. To get the most power from your engine the squish clearance should be set as accurate as possible without the piston hitting the top of the cylinder during operation.
